On June 5-7, 2017, the "2017 Phoenix Contact Innovation and Industry Development Forum" was grandly held at Langham Hotel Nanfeng, Guangzhou. Phoenix showcased a fully automated unmanned intelligent manufacturing demonstration line on-site, which simulated the entire process of customer personalized customization order issuance, product intelligent assembly, personalized customization, intelligent delivery, and intelligent packaging shipment. Guangzhou SiE Information Technology Co., Ltd. is the software system contractor for the Phoenix Contact demonstration line, which was delivered using SiE's independent MES software.

Science Popularization 1: 6 Major Features Composed of Robbing Prophet


1) The production line adopts modular design, achieving personalized customization and flexible production of "Power Bank".




2) The three-dimensional warehouse uses mobile robots to shuttle between shelves and production units and distribute materials, achieving on-demand production based on the concept of production pulling.

This demonstration line mainly uses SiE MES software, covering the entire process from customer order to product delivery. With customization as the main theme, integration as the condition, and intelligence as the direction, SiE Intelligent Factory Department team members have invested nearly 3 weeks and completed the entire process from proposal, debugging, to delivery through more than 20 days of effort.




Science Popularization 3: Easy and Convenient to Achieve in One Step




On site in the exhibition hall, many guests came to observe and exchange technology, and personally experienced the process of on-site customization:




1) Ordering on WeChat customization platform: customers can place orders through WeChat official account, customized (to meet personalized needs such as customized colors, handwritten signatures, and artistic characters). And the estimated delivery time can be automatically calculated based on the order order sequence. During the production of customized products, the MES system actively pushes the production progress through the official account. Customers can monitor the delivery time of their treasures in real-time.




2) Order decomposition and production order issuance: After synchronizing the orders from the ordering platform with the MES system, the production capacity is optimized through the scheduling module, generating process tasks and driving equipment customization. At the same time, customers can view real-time progress on their mobile devices.




3) The production process is orderly and orderly: from upper component processing, semi-finished product processing to carving, and then to packaging, standardized production processes.




4) The customer can pick up the goods and scan the code: after the order is completed, the official account will automatically push the QR code for picking up the goods, and the customer can scan the code to pick up the goods.

6) Processing unit monitoring dashboard: It realizes the visualization display of information such as orders, products, output, personnel, and equipment operation status of each processing unit.




7) Pull based production process: Through the actual input, output, station inventory of each production unit, pull the material warehouse to manage the on-demand distribution of materials, pull the production and production instructions of the previous process, and automatically achieve on-demand production.
